About The Job:

Your role is a 12 month FTC, that will involve providing top-notch organisational and administrative support to two VP's in the Editorial and Research department, promoting effective communication, and assisting in driving strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ??? Undertaking diary management activities, including arranging meetings, events, and lunches, and preparing necessary documents.
  • ?? Organising national and international travel, accommodation, and expenses.
  • ?? Supporting the wider team with administration, manage expenses, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • ?? Assisting in driving strategic change initiatives and ensuring completion of assigned tasks and projects.
  • ?? Creating and maintaining efficient administrative systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • ?? Building strong working relationships across the organisation and providing general administrative support as needed.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • ? Experience as an executive or personal assistant, supporting senior leaders.
  • ? Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • ? Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and maturity.
  • ? Effective communication and relationship management skills.
  • ? Good understanding of technology and willingness to resolve issues.
  • ? Confidence in negotiation and influencing skills.
  • ? Commercially focused drive and ability to contribute to company objectives.
