Real Recruitment are supporting out client to recuit an experienced Executive Support Assistant / Business Support Coordinator for their busy Brislington (BS4) based office in Bristol on a full time, permanent basis.

SALARY: From £30,000 per annum DOE + Annual Profit Share Bonus (10%)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Managing Director (and Senior management team).
  • Assisting the engineering teams in the daily running of the business.
  • Managing company accreditations and PQQs (including internal and external audits).
  • Managing company policy and procedures.
  • Business Performance Reporting to the Directors (for financial and business performance matters).
  • Dealing with new starters on-boarding and leavers exiting the business.
  • Supporting with Business Development requirements.
  • Handling general admin duties such as data entry, procurement, quoting, and collecting data for PQQ and accreditation purposes.
  • Managing the flow of information throughout the year required for the annual Research & Development Tax Relief.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key external customers.
  • Marketing and PR requirements as necessary.
  • Booking hotels/travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Any other business support requirements as arise.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Essential Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficient in IT (including all Microsoft packages).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Forward-thinking and quick to learn, with the ability to adapt to various situations as they arise.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Basic understanding of business financial aspects and accounting skills.
  • Competence in business analysis reporting.
  • An outgoing personality with a proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable in building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Must be able to drive and travel to other offices, sites and customers.
  • Marketing Experience (not essential)
  • Knowledge of the construction industry (beneficial)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
