Harmonic is excited to be working with an industry leading company within the UK TV & Film Industry that are recruiting for an Executive Assistant, in a newly created role in line with the growth of the business.

The Company:

Since inception in the early 2000's, this our client have scaled exceptionally with revenues growing year on year and headcount growing to circa 200 employees. Immersed in the production of world class content from films, tv series, music videos and commercial adverts, the business are associated with some of the most well known content created throughout the last 15 years.

The business also have partners that have spent hugely successful careers in the creative space, and as such are in a fantastic position to continue their outward expansion. With new studios being constructed in the north of England and a new HQ also being developed, this really is an awesome time to be involved in the company.

The Role:



This newly created role, in line with the businesses growth, will offer an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to pursue a career in entertainment strategy, production, communications, and business management. The role will suit candidates that enjoy working in fast paced environments that enjoy handling multiple tasks and responsibilities. Reporting into and working closely with the CEO, you will be focused on facilitating transatlantic communications and operations with the US team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and data handling. As such, strong organizational and communication skills are essential in this fast-paced setting.

The Duties:

  • Create and manage executives' calendars, appointments, and scheduling
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries for
    executives
  • Monitor and track project deadlines, and proactively follow up on action
    items
  • Conduct research and compile data
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office
    operations
  • Assist and oversee projects/research/reports as needed

What we'd like to see (Essential):

  • University qualification (2.2 or higher)
  • 12 months experience in a similar EA role

What we'd like to see (Bonus):

  • Previous experience in the TV, Film or Media Industry

Salary: Up to £29,500
