We are representing a boutique, hyper-performing private equity real estate fund who are looking for a dynamic and organised individual to support the Managing Partner as an executive assistant. The business has been around for 8 years, slowly building their AUM to $800m. The firm invest into UK, US and European real estate in private equity style funds. Recently the business have hired a new Partner to bolster their European investment strategy, and the firm's headcount has doubled over the last 3 years. As part of the growth plans, the Managing Partner is seeking an executive assistant to support his personal workload.

The successful individual will be be very organised and have experience organising international travel. The individual should be happy to assist with the wider team when needed on an ad-hoc basis, whilst maintaining their support for the Managing Partner. In return, the successful individual will be paid a competitive base salary and will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The individual will also play a key role in supporting the business in the continuation of their growth plan.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience within an executive assistant, personal assistant or team assistant role
  • Any experience working for a financial services firm is a plus, but not necessary
  • Highly organised and detailed
  • Experience organising international travel and accommodation
  • Skilled in the management of a Senior individual/Executives diary
  • Able to work well independently, but also as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing partner and the wider team, ensuring good communication and strong operations.
  • Coordinate internal meetings with internal employees, as well as external meetings with strategic partners, operators and investors.
  • Organise travel for the Managing Partner and wider team, including domestic and international flights, by working with travel agents for flights and accommodation.
  • Ensure travel and expenses are completed through the correct format and aligned with the company expense and compliance policy.
  • Printing and binding of documents in preparation for internal or external meetings.
  • Manage the diary of the Managing Partner and coordinate video calls between them and external parties accordingly.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to wider team members during busy periods
