We are seeking a calm, focused, and methodical Assistant to provide high-level support to three MDs and senior management in a tight-knit team of four. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured setting, enjoys working independently, and has a natural preference for behind-the-scenes efficiency rather than front-facing interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently manage diaries and schedule meetings across multiple time zones
Organise and coordinate complex international travel arrangements
Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and board meeting documentation
Process expenses accurately and in a timely manner
Oversee event bookings and meeting coordination with meticulous attention to detail
Requirements
4+ years’ experience as a Team Assistant in financial services, ideally within Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Alternative Investments
A structured and focused work style, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work efficiently in a supportive, yet fast-paced, professional environment
Discretion and reliability, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for senior management
