Executive Assistant for a Venture Capital Firm in the West End. 

A boutique Financial Services firm located in the West End is seeking a fantastic EA to support its Investment Team. This brilliant new role will suit someone with 5+ years of experience in a similar role and industry. The role requires exceptional communication and a level-head, with strong attention to detail.

Role: Executive Assistant
Duration: Full time
Start date: ASAP (will wait for short notice)
Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE
Working hours: 9:00 - 5:30
Location: West End, 5 days in the office

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the investment team, managing diaries and travel
  • Manage day-to-day tasks such as setting up meetings, travel itineraries and ensure the office is well-maintained
  • Act as the point of contact for visitors, coordinating with fellow EAs to greet guests
  • Support with events, including AGMs, handling logistics, managing invites, RSVPs and goodie bags
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a similar role
  • VC, PE, corporate or financial services experience is a must
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Tech savvy and proficient in all MS Office packages
