Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain organised records and files, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Assist in the preparation of board materials and other key documentation.
  • Manage expense reports and ensure timely processing.

Profile

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the Private Equity, at least within financial services sector.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.
