We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior management team consisting of 3 Directors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities and will involve a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks.

Salary: £35,000-£45,000

Site based Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
-Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
-Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
-Organise and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Meeting and Event Coordination:
-Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, events, and conferences.
-Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
-Arrange catering, venue bookings, and logistics for meetings and events.

Project Management:
-Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
-Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.

Financial Administration:
-Process expense reports and invoices.
-Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting.
-Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
