We are looking for a skilled and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Deputy CEO.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Deputy CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Deputy CEO.
  • Organise and prioritise incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed for reports, presentations, and special projects.
  • Provide support for various administrative tasks and office management duties as required.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Deputy CEO and employees, clients, and other external partners.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector, and at C-suite level.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanour and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
