Client Details

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team. Reporting directly to four of our Chief Officers, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and strategic support tasks. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit professionalism in all interactions will be essential to your success in this role.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to four Chief Officers, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Organise and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Support the planning and execution of executive-level meetings and events.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the executive team.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
