Description

Duties of the Executive Assistant role:

  • Support the board in the facilitation of their roles
  • Coordinate and manage complex diaries
  • Book travel both UK and International
  • Manage inboxes, and act as a point of contact for external enquiries
  • Facilitate meetings, including attendees, minute taking and agendas
  • Work across departments to facilitate company strategy
  • Ad hoc duties required by the board

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Experience supporting at C-Suite level
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organisational skills.
  • An ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • A confidential approach

Job Offer
