Description

As a Team Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of the businesses operations, providing essential support to their Senior Executive Team. This role requires a proactive individual with a degree and a passion for organisation and efficiency. Your role will be crucial in ensuring their Execs can focus on strategic initiatives while you manage their day-to-day activities seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain calendar and handle scheduling of all meetings and appointments
  • Answer phones and retrieve voice-mails daily
  • Arrange domestic and international travel needs through internal travel department and create complete travel itineraries for all trips - this includes flights, car services, hotel reservations, etc
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support team projects and initiatives by organising resources and ensuring smooth execution.

Profile

What We're Looking For

  • A degree from an accredited University
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Prior experience of working within a Financial Services firm is required, ideally a larger organisation or FTSE 250
