An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Administrative Support function of a privately owned prestigious professional services consultancy. This organisation works with global clients across a multitude of Industries and excels in their tailored customer solutions.
Ideally our client is looking for a first class Administrator to specifically support one of their divisions. The role will report into a Senior Director and will be based in one of their offices on a hybrid basis (Berkshire and Central London).
You will be expected to provide a high level of administrative and customer service skills to their clients whilst managing the day to day tasks of;
- Full diary management for the team
- Database management & uploading of information
- Dealing with incoming calls and offering assistance and guidance where required
- Detailed message taking and showing initiative when sense of urgency is required
- Booking appointments (onsite and offsite)
- Processing and logging expenses
- Organising external client meetings, presentations and lunches etc.
- Proofreading all outgoing correspondence
- Providing a highly professional "meet & greet" service to all clients visiting the building for appointments
- Raising contracts and chasing relevant paperwork
- Managing 3rd party supplier relationships
- Supporting all PSL & RFI campaigns from clients
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous business/ office experience in a professional capacity
- Highly IT literate - to include strong MS Office skills
- Completer/ finisher with energy and drive
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Persistency and tenacity
- Strong work ethic
- Self-motivation
- Strict time management and the ability to prioritise
- The ability to listen
- Team player with the ability to work alone
