AJ Chambers are working closely with a successful, growing Business Management Consultancy Firm based across the City of London who are recruiting for a Team Assistant.

You will support a friendly Company Secretary Team in a fast-paced role dealing with core Team Assistant Duties some which will include:

  • Monthly Billing
  • Monthly Filling
  • File opening
  • Client proposal letters
  • Time reports
  • Managing stationary
  • Booking travel (UK; taxis, hotels)
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Internal and external event management
  • Project management
  • Sitting in on board meetings taking minutes when necessary
  • HR duties including staff onboarding, streamlining processes, creating passes and passwords and dealing with inductions
  • Onboarding clients

You must have prior experience dealing with:

  • Diary management
  • Events management (internal and external)
  • Onboarding of staff
  • General administration
