A truly unique and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a Global Charity Organisation, to support their exceptional CEO and Trustees who work tirelessly to create meaningful change and provide support to those in need. By joining their team, you will have the chance to be a part of their inspiring mission and work alongside a dedicated team of professionals.

You will be an experienced CSuite EA who is passionate, reactive and can deal in fast moving environments which can change at rapid pace. You will really care about giving back and making a difference to the lives of others.

To naturally excel in this role, you will need a minimum of 15-20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. It is preferable if you have previous experience within the charity sector and are fluent in Arabic. (Though not essential)
Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be key to your success in this position.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract, which has a strong possibility of progression into a permanent role after a 6-month probation period. You will be offered a competitive annual salary ranging from £39,950 to £47,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.  
  • Highly complex and comprehensive diary and inbox / communications management

  • Successfully coordinating international and domestic travel including managing itineraries, accommodation, as well and managing all visa and documentation needs

  • Preparing meeting documentation and papers, taking minutes and following up on action points

  • Managing expenses

  • Manage relationships and communications with key and potential clients


What our client is looking for

  • A highly experienced Executive Assistant (ideally with 15+ years of experience) having supported at C’Suite level and with experience organising complex diaries across International time zones

  • Incredibly organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. Naturally efficient, confident, well-spoken and with an incredibly high attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a vibrant, collaborative work environment are essential.

  • Hands-on attitude and a natural thirst for new opportunities to learn

  • A people person who can effectively communicate with people from all levels of the business
