Description

  • Provide administrative support to senior management within the Transport & Distribution Department.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations.
  • Manage projects and conduct research as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficiency.
  • Organise departmental events and meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Profile

A successful 'Executive Assistant' should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office management tools.
