My client, a globally recognised charitable organisation looking for an experienced EA to support one of the Directors. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within the team from managing schedules to coordinating with external partners, your expertise will enhance efficiency and collaboration across the organisation. Role and Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Prepare correspondence, reports, briefing notes, and presentations.
Meeting Preparation: Organise, attend, and produce action-oriented minutes for internal and external meetings.
Diary Management: Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring optimal time management.
Travel & Expense Management: Arrange travel and process invoices and expenses.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies and logistics, including onboarding new team members.
Team Collaboration: Work with other administrators to provide coverage and support during high-demand periods.
Compliance & Budgeting: Ensure adherence to policies and cost control
Experience and Expertise:
3-4 years of experience in an EA position supporting C-Suite level stakeholders
Great IT skills
Able to draft correspondence
Be proactive, work with ambiguity, and be confident in your approach
Remain calm in a busy environment
Good organisation skills
Package:
2 months contract – with the opportunity to be extended
Up to £200 per day (PAYE through umbrella)
