Nottingham City Centre
c£25k-£27,500k
Monday- Friday 9am- 5:30pm

We have an excellent opportunity with a well- established solicitors in Nottingham City centre. Our client requires an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a Children Law Accredited Director within a busy family Department

The role of Executive Assistant will involve:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative assistance.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
  • Monitoring and assisting with all communications, both internally within and externally from the firm.
  • Processing Legal Aid applications and dealing with amendments
  • Maintaining confidential records and files.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal systems
  • Supporting the manager and your wider team with secretarial duties.

The ideal candidate for the role of Executive Assistant:

  • Previous experience in a senior secretarial position
  • A Legal background is preferred but not essential
  • Must be experienced and be confident in word processing
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
