Executive Assistant to Managing Director Office-based, King’s Lynn
We are currently recruiting for a proactive, highly organised, and confident Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director in a pivotal role within this business.
This is not your standard EA position! While the successful candidate will manage the MD’s two email accounts (including responding on his behalf where appropriate) and two calendars (the MD’s personal calendar and the Client Relations calendar), we are seeking someone who can offer far more than traditional support and work alongside the MD in making key business decisions.
You will work in close partnership with the MD, providing high-level assistance that enables him to perform at his best. This will include:
Producing clear, well-structured reports and professional PowerPoint presentations
Drafting correspondence, proposals, and documents to support business objectives
Taking the initiative to streamline processes and anticipate the MD’s needs
Acting as a key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you must be:
A natural self-starter who thrives on ownership and responsibility
Exceptionally organised with a sharp eye for detail
A confident communicator who can represent the MD with professionalism
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
An experienced EA with at least 3 years Board level experience
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be a true right-hand support to a driven and engaged Managing Director, playing an active role in the success of the business.
