We are partnering with a well-known international consulting firm who are looking to hire an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant to their team in London on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice to public and private organisations with executive compensation to support the design of compensation structures tailored to their needs
Establish yourself as a key contact on executive compensation matters for the business’s clients
Design executive compensation solutions for clients
Regularly research executive compensation to keep up to date on compensation trends
Display your technical expertise in executive compensation, including corporate governance, incentive design, performance calibration, valuations of stock plans, benchmarking, and, preferably, financial services legislation.
Accountable for adhering to company policies and working in accordance with the relevant framework.
Key Skills:
Strong experience operating within a role that has a focus on executive compensation, executive reward, executive pay or executive remuneration
Must have strong technical executive compensation experience
Experience in incentive design, including performance calibration and the use of performance metrics
Strong interpersonal abilities for managing and creating connections with clients
Clearly communicate a technical understanding of executive compensation to customers and workers while giving relevant context, such as UK executive compensation governance, investor relations, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to summarise and clarify complicated material in accordance with customer demands
Capable of handling stakeholder expectations and obligations
Strong data modelling, data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills
Ideally Degree qualified with a professional qualification preferred
