Executive Head Chef

Our client is looking for a passionate and commercially minded Executive Head Chef to work directly alongside directors and managers to elevate and develop their food concepts across the site.

Join their independently owned hotel, restaurant and events venue. Currently expanding, this position is an opportunity to use your culinary creativity to help shape the future of an evolving and already thriving business.

This would suit an experienced Head Chef looking to go into an Executive role where you can further establish your reputation within the industry. You need to have a strong people focus and will understand that supporting and developing your team is key to sustained success. The role would see you innovating and creating with an initial focus on new menus for each area of the business, including costings, supplier negotiations, team training and efficient processes…plus you’ll want to get stuck in on the front line to lead by example. The company knows the importance of support at work, so you’ll have a team of passionate and committed chefs to help you deliver the next chapter!

You will have the autonomy to be creative within the brand remit and be part of an executive team where your skills are championed. Moving forward, the business would like to focus on creating a leading destination restaurant with a strong ethos on using their land and homegrown produce. Annual Salary Up to: £60,000
