About The Job:

We're currently seeking a proactive and professional Executive Personal Assistant to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO, ensuring the smooth running of their schedules and coordinating various tasks and events.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and coordinating busy schedules, including diary management, travel arrangements, and hotel bookings
Organising and coordinating events such as board meetings, conferences, and workshops
Preparation of board packs and other confidential documents
Providing support for general and health insurance administration
Acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders
Attending meetings to take minutes
Being a member of the Charities and Gift Giving Committee, supporting charity and employee engagement events

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar role where confidentiality and professionalism are essential. You should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and outstanding presentation skills. Strong organisational and planning abilities, along with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy, are crucial. You should be able to prioritise tasks independently and be solutions-focused. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, are essential. Flexibility to accommodate the busy schedules of the CEO and CFO is also required.
