A Lloyd's Syndicate is looking to make a senior hire to take ownership and lead a team focused on Innovation and Transformation from an actuarial and exposure management perspective. This role is exclusive to Eames.

They require individuals who can get to the office 3 days per week, who can build rapport with other Head of Departments, and successfully manage a team of 3-4.

They are looking for leaders who are passionate about innovation and who have had experience in transformation led projects before.Candidates ideally should be FIA Qualified and come from the Lloyd's Market.
