Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Nottingham

Position Type: Full-Time

My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and his high net worth family. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to communicate confidently with FTSE 100 CEOs and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
    • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Family Support:
    • Assist the CEO's family with personal and professional matters, including travel arrangements, event planning, and household management.
    • Coordinate with household staff and external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including FTSE 100 CEOs and board members.
    • Draft and manage correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Meeting Management:
    • Organize and support all executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
    • Ensure all meeting materials are prepared and distributed in advance.
  • Upward Management:
    • Proactively manage the CEO's schedule and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and provide solutions to potential challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with high-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting high net worth individuals and their families.
  • Familiarity with the operations of FTSE 100 companies.
