Expenses Specialist
We have an immediate requirement for an Expenses Project Manager for a 6 month fixed term contract. With responsibility for managing the successful reimplementation of the businesses expenses system (Concur) and processes this is a great opportunity to add value to the business, updating the Group’s expenses management processes, software and reporting for over 3,500 employees.
Working closely with the Treasury Manager and Expenses Coordinator, to ensure the project’s success you will need to be well organised and able to communicate with impact and empathy, bringing people along on this exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Review current expenses platform and propose areas for improvement
• Provide a single solution fit for purpose across all business locations in GB & ROI
• Prepare training for users around the business
• Develop and implement appropriate processes and control measures
• Provide reporting & auditing facilities to meet business needs
• Support with other improvement projects identified for other treasury functions
• Support in expenses processing and reporting as required
Key skills
• Previous experience of corporate expenses process & systems
• Experience of SAP Concur an advantage but not essential
• Project management experience.
This is a hybrid role with two days in the office on the Leicestershire/Derbyshire border with close links to the M1.
