Experienced Personal Assistant (PA) - Part-Time, Flexible Hours

Key Responsibilities
Meeting Support: Collate paperwork for monthly and quarterly partner meetings, take minutes, and produce outstanding action lists.
Administrative Duties: Attend department meetings, type up paperwork and records, liaise with venues for external bookings, and support partners with strategic decisions.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and other senior team members.
Collaborative Environment
Work closely with the Managing Partner, partners, function managers, and department heads. Regular interaction with colleagues in business support functions ensures a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Skills and Experience
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel. Experience with PDFs and bundling is advantageous, although full training will be provided.
Secretarial Expertise: First-rate secretarial and typing skills, with prior experience in minute-taking.
Adaptability: Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain focused under pressure, and show initiative in managing workload.
Communication: Strong prioritisation skills and comfort in using Microsoft Teams, with training provided during induction.
