With nearly 35 years of expertise in property sales, lettings, and management in the vibrant Northfield area they excel in customer service. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in upholding the company's sterling reputation, which has been meticulously built on local recommendations and a deep-seated understanding of the area in which they are based.

About the role:

• Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
• Dealing with contractors invoices to ensure payment
• Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
• Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
• Co-operating with the Lettings Team
• Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation - Gas Certs, EICR’s etc.
• Property inspections
