Job Title: Experienced Worktop Fitter
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: Open, Depending on Experience
Contract Type: Permanent

A leading supplier of worktops, tiles, and kitchen and bathroom designs, providing high-quality products and services to retail clients and property developers. The company is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of its clients.

Core Duties:
  • Install all worktops with the highest specification and precision.
  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solid Surface Worktop Fitter.
  • Responsible for the high-standard installation of worktops in Quartz, Granite, and Ceramic.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure precise measurements, accurate installations, and exceptional craftsmanship.
  • Perform daily duties such as maintaining company vehicles, completing sign-offs, and taking photos of completed work.
  • Represent the company in a customer-facing role to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in worktop fitting and installation (minimum of 3 years).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various worktops and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in the fabrication of solid surfaces, specifically Granite, Quartz, and Ceramic.
