Export Clerk

Right Now Group are looking for a part time Export Clerk to join our client in the West Drayton Area

Overview: The Export Clerk will provide essential clerical support the Office Supervisor within the export department.

Main Responsibilities of a Export Clerk:

• Ensure export files meet required standards.
• Adhere to instructions for export documentation.
• Manage the shared mailbox efficiently.
• Follow destination-specific instructions for exports.
• Resolve customer queries when appropriate.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the Import department as needed.
• Work with the commercial department when applicable.
• Assist in the reception and receiving area as required.
• Maintain filing systems to the required standard.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in computer usage with a good working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Bond checks is desirable.
• Familiarity with NES, ASM GEMS, and CHIEF is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Team player mentality.
• Completion of Aviation Security Certificate Level CO (training will be provided)

Additional Information for Export clerk Role:

Shift: Monday - Wednesday
Hours: 19:00 - 03:00
Salary: £14,000 + £2700 Shift Allowance
Holiday: 25 days (Pro Rata)
