Export Customer Service Support

Monday – Friday
9am-5pm
Salary: £30K per annum

Pertemps are recruiting for an export customer service support for a global manufacturer established in 1972. Your main responsibility will be handling and recording of orders and international shipments.

Responsibilities:
  • Order processing, sending of PO confirmation, communication, and proposal of alternative items.
  • Organise and follow up of international shipments.
  • Delivery lead time, support to fill data in customer files.
  • Proactively manage international business linked queries from around the world.
  • Interaction with warehouse – effective communication of order requirements.
  • Coordinating with customers and logistics to provide coat-effective and timely dispatch of shipments.
  • Ensure compliance of order with distributor agreements.
  • Issue shipping documentation.
  • Issue customer credits.
  • ERP system maintenance.
  • Quality complaints follow up.
  • Archiving of customer service documentation for audits purpose.
  • Support to sales team on various requests.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Meticulous and detail orientated.
  • Good understanding of IT systems, Excellent user skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and clear communication skills.
  • Accountable and takes responsibility.
  • Customer service experience from the MD industry.
  • English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of international trade.
  • High level of international customer service.
