Export Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between Supply Chain, Shipping, and Export departments to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries about shipping and export delays, offering proactive solutions
- Conduct daily checks on pending orders, resolving issues to maintain smooth operations
- Address discrepancies efficiently, keeping customers informed and satisfied
- Monitor key metrics, analyse data for improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements to optimise efficiency and satisfaction
- Experience in Supply Chain or Shipping departments
- Understanding of international sales within the Supply Chain would be advantageous
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP systems would be advantageous
- Experience working in a similar sized company
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn new ways of working
