We are working with polymer manufacturing company in Croydon. Supporting them with appointing a number of Extrusion Technicians at their large manufacturing site.
 
They have a vast product range and their production facility in Croydon has an end-to-end process of manufacturing foam to various specifications which are used across a wide range of industries. This includes foam for trainers (Nike), automotive parts, aerospace parts, consumer goods and a wide range of other applications.
 
The site and manufacturing facility have a fantastic manufacturing management team who strive for operational and manufacturing excellence with a strong focus on continuous improvement, Kaizen, Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
 
The business is seeking a number of Extruder Technicians due to a growing order book. This would suit a tool setter or similar and they are keen to hear from anyone with experience in plastics processing - be it injection moulding or extrusion.
 
They work on a Panama Shift pattern, and this will apply to these Extrusion Technician positions. This is a mix of rotating days and nights (2 days, 3 days off, 2 nights, 2 days off, 3 days, 2 days off, 2 nights, 3 days off, etc). More details can be provided.
 
The role is paying between £38,804 - £47,427 per annum (inclusive of Panama Shift allowance)
