*** Long-term: Immediate start
*** Salary: £80 - £90 per day
*** Location: Ward of Hodge Hill
*** 1:1 and small group support
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has experience working with young children and a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum. As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our EYFS teachers to support the learning and development of our youngest learners.
Key responsibilities of the role include supporting the planning and delivery of engaging and stimulating activities that meet the needs of all children in the class, working with small groups of children to provide targeted support for their learning and development, monitoring and assessing children's progress and providing feedback to teachers, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children in the class, and building positive relationships with parents and carers and providing regular updates on their child's progress.

- A 2:2 degree or above and/or Level 3 in childcare

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
