Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming primary school in South Manchester. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, providing an excellent opportunity to support young learners in their early years' development.
About the Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support childrens learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, ensuring all children have access to high-quality learning experiences
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Assist with classroom preparation, observations, and assessments
What Were Looking For
Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working within an EYFS setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Ability to engage and support young learners in a positive and patient manner
A proactive and flexible approach to supporting childrens development
To be Eligible for this Role, You Must
Have the Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to apply for one)
Provide two professional child-related references
Have up-to-date safeguarding training (training available if needed)
