Time Plan Education are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school dedicated to providing high-quality education and care to the youngest learners. They pride ourselves on fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. Their Early Years team is committed to creating a foundation for lifelong learning, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated EYFS Practitioner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 3-5 years.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring individual developmental needs are met.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the EYFS team to create a cohesive and supportive environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Experience working within an EYFS setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable:
  • Additional training or qualifications in early childhood education.
  • Experience with special educational needs (SEN).
