Class Teacher - EYFS Specialist

Josh of Aspire People is seeking a dedicated, committed and consistent SEMH Teacher for September.
The position is in Knowle, Solihull.

About the role

A nurturing but firm teacher is required to support children with their social emotional Mental Health needs, curriculum and support independent living.
All classes are tailored based on pupils individual needs.
You will be supporting classes of 15, with lots of TA support and intervention support.

The teacher will be required to do the following:

- Commit 5 days a week
- Plan, deliver and prepare classes
- build a rapport and gain the trust of parents, care givers and pupils alike
- place a lot of emphasis on pupil development and promote core morals/ independent living
- understand SEMH and do CPD training sessions
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of pupils and tailor work to this

All Teachers are subject to DBS checks, reference checks, proof of identity checks and attend an interview.
