EYFS Teaching Assistant - Lichfield

One of our lovely Lichfield schools are looking for a teaching Assistant to work within their Reception class. The role is to work on a general and 1:1 basis with the majority of the role being within a general role within the classroom. This is a long-term role and is full-time until the end of the academic year.

As this role is within Early Years so good knowledge and understanding of the Early Years curriculum is essential.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, we expect you to be an outstanding member of staff so we expect the following;
* Have experience working within schools.
* Be confident with the curriculum.
* Hold a relevant qualification.
* Provide quality support to teachers and to pupils.
* Be able to carry out small group work and work with individuals under the teachers planning provided.
* Have the ability to think on your feet.
