Prospero Teaching are looking for an EYFS TA with excellent understanding of this Key Stage to work in Reception Class in a successful primary school in Longridge, starting in September, for the full academic year.

This is a good primary school where you will join a great team of primary teachers and TAs in a thriving EYFS setting. As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for teaching and assessing the children, working collaboratively with the team to plan exciting and interesting activities for the children so they are highly motivated in their learning. You will need to have worked in EYFS either on placement or in an EYFS Class TA role.

You will need the following:

Experience leading groups with Maths, Reading and Writing activities
Strong knowledge of Phonics
Effective and positive behaviour management skills
A co-operative and upbeat manner
This EYFS TA role is full-time with a daily pay rate of GBP85 to GBP100 depending on experience. The position is to start in September and is for the full school year.

Essential requirements:

Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced DBS
Relevant qualification such as Early Years Degree, Supporting Teaching and Learning Level 2 or 3
Professional references covering the last two full years
Experience working as a TA in EYFS
