Are you passionate about early years education and dedicated to fostering the development of young minds? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher. We are looking for someone Long-Term for September (new academic year) in a school within Bulwell, Nottingham.

What We Require:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold QTS or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to the teaching profession and your ability to meet the standards of excellence in education.
  • Experience in Early Years Education: We are seeking candidates with experience working with children aged 3-5 years old, preferably within an EYFS setting. Your understanding of early childhood development and your ability to create a nurturing learning environment are essential.
  • Knowledge of EYFS Framework: Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework is essential. You should have a solid understanding of the principles, goals, and assessment methods outlined in the EYFS framework, ensuring that you can effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all children.
  • Effective Communication Skills: As an EYFS teacher, effective communication is key. You should be able to engage with children, parents, and colleagues alike, fostering positive relationships and ensuring that parents are kept informed about their child's progress and development.
  • Creativity and Flexibility: We value creativity and innovation in our teaching approach. You should be able to design and deliver stimulating activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of young children, adapting your teaching methods as necessary to support individual learning styles.
