Zest Education is looking for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful school in Burton on Trent. The school are looking for a candidate who is willing to work from Monday to Wednesday from September 2024 on a ongoing basis until the end of the academic year.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, your role will involve:
- Supporting the class teacher in implementing educational programs
- Assisting with the planning and preparation of activities and resources
- Providing a nurturing and safe learning environment for children
- Monitoring and recording children's progress and behaviour
- Collaborating with parents and other staff members to ensure holistic development of students

Requirements for this role include:
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or related field
- Experience working with young children in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and patient attitude towards children

Pay will begin from £76.92 and will depend on references and experience.
