Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for a full time role supporting pupils in a nursery class in September 2024

I am currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support a whole nursery class in a school in Redditch. This is a long-term role to start in September which is ongoing meaning it could go permanent for the right person!

Aspire people have worked with this school for a while and feedback is always positive from staff.

As an agency employed TA, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent member of staff, so the following is expected:

*Strong EYFS curriculum knowledge.
*Minimum Level 3 Childcare (or equivalent) qualification for ratio purposes.
*Regular assessments of pupils.
*Able to engage in learning activities.
*Confident with personal care

This is an excellent opportunity to work in lovely Nursery school. Steph will be available 24/7 for you should you need support with anything.
