Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to work within a mainstream setting to support a group of children with additional needs. You will be required to support them both academically and holistically around school. The successful candidate will have previous knowledge and experience working with children with additional needs. You will also be expected to plan and deliver intervention sessions to go alongside their classroom sessions.

This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary with additional benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months of previous experience, demonstrating a sound working knowledge of both the National Curriculum.

Requirements:

Level 2/3 NCFE CACHE

Knowledge of the Development matters framework (2021)

Have a flexible, can-do approach

Ensure your CV covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible (all employment breaks must be explained)

Be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and full referencing process

Provide professional references to cover you for at least 12 months within the last 2 years

Have legal right to work in the UK
