• Salary is between £38k - £42k dependant on experience
• Short term re-location live in accommodation can be arranged

What's involved?

To manage and oversee all aspects of food and beverage service and accounting procedures in all areas of the hotel. To manage, motivate and support the team, optimising all opportunities to increase food and liquor sales and profit. To deputise for the General Manager in times of absence managing the entire operation on such occasions.
