Dynamics F&O/AX Systems Manager 
£80,000 - £85,000 per annum 
2 days on site per week based in Central London 
Every 2 weeks travelling to other sites across the UK & Ireland
End User 

I am looking for soneone to step into the pivotal role of Business Systems Manager. You'll spearhead the analysis, design, development, and support of our clients cutting-edge Enterprise Applications suite. Reporting directly to our clients CIO – Head of IT, you'll drive their IT landscape forward, leveraging your expertise in Dynamics 365 and ERP systems.

Job Duties:
  •  Align business systems and product roadmap with corporate strategy.
  •  Deliver on the Strategic Roadmap to meet IT and business goals.
  •  Oversee third-party application support.
  •  Provide feedback to stakeholders and line management.
  •  Collaborate with departments to meet business needs.
  •  Enhance system processes and design functional requirements.
  •  Manage project requirements and team workflows.
  •  Identify and implement process improvements.
  •  Research and integrate new systems/applications.
  •  Lead design and integration of new applications.
  •  Support and troubleshoot enterprise application software.
  •  Manage COTS system development.
  •  Translate business needs into technical specs.
  •  Maintain enterprise applications' integrity.
  •  Drive application feature prioritisation and development.
  •  Ensure compliance with industry security standards.
Skills and Requirments:
  • 6+ Years D365 F&O/AX Experience 
  • Experience with ERP systems like Oracle EPM.
  • Strong business analysis background.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of independent work and multitasking.
  • Strong Finance experience (AP, AR & MB-300 Cert)
  • Good HR Knowledge (Onboarding, Perfomance Management etc)
  • P2P and O2C processes
  • Excellent intergration and configuration skills.
  • Inventory, Work Orders, Asset Management
  • Experience in the Energy Sector would be beneficial
