As a F&O Technical Team Lead you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level software applications within our organisation. You as the F&O Technical Team Lead would be crucial in ensuring our technical solutions are efficient, streamlined, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives, while maintaining compliance, security, and risk awareness.

You will manage a team of 3 skilled professionals, liaise with various departments, and collaborate with external vendors to ensure the success of  enterprise applications suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster teamwork and effective communication to develop working relationships across all personnel and departments.
  • Adhere to all IT, Health & Safety, and broader business processes.
  • Comply with all safety regulations at all venues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by CIO.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise applications strategy aligned with the organisation's digital strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and recruit staff within the Enterprise Applications group, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Oversee and assist in the administration and maintenance of enterprise applications and data visualisation tools to ensure performance and availability meet business requirements.
  • Supervise and assist with the execution of digital projects related to enterprise application development, upgrades, customisation, and enhancements, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality and code standards, whilst maintaining  best practice approach.
  • Work with department heads to ensure ongoing software licence requirements are captured and managed in line with broader business strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with company visions and strategic direction.
  • Utilise existing and new toolsets to track and prioritise application maintenance and support requests, ensuring timeline visibility to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with third-party software vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and licences, reviewing service-level agreements, and ensuring vendors meet their obligations.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, promoting fiscal and human resource responsibility. Identify and implement efficiency measures where appropriate.
  • Provide support for application-related issues and coordinate with the IT support team when necessary.
  • Manage and maintain a Data Model to understand the complex data connections within the enterprise applications suite.
  • Help develop and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring that enterprise applications comply with all policies and security standards while contributing to departmental maturity.

Experience:
  • Technical proficiency in D365 F&O and ability to carry out data migrations, advanced application troubleshooting and reporting within D365.
  • Advanced knowledge of how technology and digital initiatives drive company growth.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise application suites such as ERP, PLM, and CRM.
  • Proficient in data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
  • Good understanding of business processes and operational maturity.
  • End to end implementation experience
  • Manage relationships with third-party software vendors and service providers
