We are currently recruiting for a Fabric Technician to work: Monday to Friday 8-5pm

Key Responsibilities
* Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements.
* Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation.
* Respond in a prompt and effective manner to all building fabrics related issues and help desk requests.
Produce list of material required for any minor works required
* Support where needed the Fabric Lead in additional costings for small works.
* Coordinate initial actions associated with all requests from the client.
* Deal with customer enquiries and complaints, reporting actions taken to line management.
* Undertake follow up actions required to resolve situational circumstances for which you have been authorised to undertake.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Experience in a similar environment.
* Must be able to work at Height.
* Worked with / on a CAFM system.
* Demonstrable experience working in a repair or maintenance environment
* Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices - training will be provided.
* Good all-round knowledge of general building works, diagnostic and repair procedures, working knowledge of building services systems and maintenance schedules.
* Experience with similar maintenance duties including fault diagnosis, rectification.
* Must Have Driving Licence due to Mobile across 3 sites
