Job Title: Fabricator/ Welder                                    

Salary: £13.50 - £16 per hour (DOE)                 

Location: Worcestershire                            

Type: Permanent

Hours: 7.30am - 4pm/ Monday - Friday

  Overtime available outside of these hours at an enhance rate

The role:

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator/ Welder to join our client in Worcestershire who are a specialist manufacturer within their field.  They have been established over 50 years and have a reputation for providing

exceptional customer service and quality products.

Due to continuous investment and redevelopment, they have a new role to join their team. Our

client offers service, repairs, refurbishment, and inspections to rescue & recovery, HGV, trailers, light commercial vehicles, and coaches.

As the Fabric/ Welder you will have the ability to work under pressure, the ability to work from and interpret detailed drawings and ideally have experience in plasma cutting oxy acetylene cutting and manual press brake operations.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Must be able to MIG weld/fabricate to a high standard (heavy up to 20mm gauge)

Securely work from and interpret detail drawings

Experienced in plasma cutting, oxy acetylene cutting and manual press brake operations

Vast experience with hand tools (grinders and drills especially)

Ability to think on your feet and problem solve

Adhere to PPE standards

Follow all Health & Safety regulations and ensuring housekeeping standards are to an acceptable level

Skills and experience sought:

Experienced within MIG welding

Confident in your work and take pride within your work to be finished to a high standard

Ability to work under pressure

Team player

Excellent time management

Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude
