**Job Role: Skilled Fabricator/Welder/Fitter**

**Location:** Aldridge

**Salary:** £14.35 - £16.35 per hour, depending on experience, paid monthly.

**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 07:30 - 17:00 & Friday, 07:30 - 13:30 (plus overtime).

We are seeking a skilled **Fabricator/Welder/Fitter** to join our clients team at their Aldridge headquarters. This role involves working closely with our engineering team to interpret and work from fully detailed engineering drawings. Unlike typical bench-jig-type positions, this role offers variety and the opportunity to see each project through from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Interpret and work from fully detailed engineering drawings.
- Participate in a wide range of projects, ensuring no two days are the same.
- Use general DIY fitting skills beneficial to the role.
- Engage in on-the-job shadowing, training, and supervision.

**Requirements:**
- Experience in MIG welding.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a small, experienced, and supportive team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and equipment.
