Our Facilities Team is essential to the smooth running of our business by managing our head office building Fairfax House.
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities Assistant to join our team. You will work at our Head Office in Aylesbury.
On the Job :
As the Facilities Assistant you will be based at the Head Office in Aylesbury, supporting the Facilities Officer to deliver a high quality FM service to the business. You'll help ensure the best possible building experience for its customers. You'll also assist with upcoming projects as they arise and help support the Team with our current building refurbishment project.
The role is based at one fixed location. You will get involved with daily office management tasks including post room activities and deliveries. You will undertake both administrative and practical duties. You will collaborate with colleagues around the business and also with external contractors.
About You
We’re looking for someone who can take on a variety of facilities based administrative tasks and who is confident working with computers and enjoys connecting with people across the business. You will understand the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service and be comfortable with multi task work. You will be proficient in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
