Cobalt Recruitment are partnering with a leading investment company in the search for a Facilities Assistant for their head office in London.

Your role at the head office will involve supporting mail distribution, courier coordination, safety inspections, maintenance, and archiving while fostering strong internal and supplier relationships. Your dynamic approach allows seamless integration within different Workplace functions, enhancing overall departmental reputation and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage repairs and maintenance for the London property, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders and contractors.
  • Ensure building safety by conducting regular checks, participating in safety protocols, and responding to incidents promptly.
  • Oversee deliveries, including mail and courier activity, while striving to optimize services and reduce unnecessary deliveries.
  • Maintain the presentation and functionality of the property, including client areas, by coordinating with relevant teams and addressing issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with supply chain management, procurement, and vendors to support Workplace and Facilities services, while adhering to budgetary constraints and procurement procedures.

A successful applicant will be a motivated individual looking to grow their Facilities Management career within the company. IOSH qualification is not a requirement, however it is desired.
